Vehicle Detail
Here it is again folks a 1969 Vintage Jeep CJ5 with a fabulous fiberglass body, no rust on frame or grille. This little machine is hardcore for true Jeep lovers. Jeep has a 3 speed man al transmission with a V6 225 Dauntless engine. NO rebuild on V6, idles smooth. Original mileage on Jeep is 70,600. Recent mechanic inspection with tune up and timing set perfect and new plugs. Many extra spare parts also with sale. This Jeep is powerfull and will last a life time. Tires are 30's with new tread. Many new items. Purchased this Jeep for myself, but now wife says get rid of the Jeep. My loss is your gain. Receipts for over $8,000.00 put into this Jeep, and the reserve is much much less. Recently adjusted driver's seat back 3 inches and raised 1-1/2 inches, new Instrument cluster speedometer installed, new Live Wire sparkplug wires, new front greasable shackles installed. Installed center console. Recently installed new aluminum radiator with 16 inch electrical fan for better cooling. Bikini top has been put on for the warm weather, but soft top comes with Jeep. It's fun to drive and will climb over little mountains. Come and see it and drive it. Take it home or ship it to your home. Willing to negotiate price some. This Jeep is an antique over 40 years old so do not expect New condition it drives safely and straight, good for around town or short commutes will drive up to 70 mph, but better to stay around 55 mph. Also remember it has a very nice Fiberglass body which will never rust and keeps it's shine. This Jeep is no perfect and does require attention from time to time, recently removed, repaired, and flushed entire cooling system. If you are looking for a cheap $3000 to $5000 Jeep you may just want to buy a used or newer ATV 4-wheeler. There are some nice 4-wheelers out there for $4k to $7k. This is a real Jeep, four wheel drive, registered, titled, and tagged for the real road or off road. Plus you do not have to wear a helmet! Also, this is a real Jeep for under $6k, but has alot more in it for the money. Just don't make the mistake of buying something cheap that you will regret.
