Dark blue metallic, very lightly used motorcycle in excellent condition. Rides just as smooth and quiet as the day it was driven home. Engine guards put on at time of purchase. Sony stereo added with white waterproof remote control installed on gas tank. I have blue paint to match the bike for the remote but never painted it. Remote provides far more functionality than BMW-offered integrated remote system. The R1150RT is powered by BMW's trademark four-valve, Boxer twin. It produces 95 bhp at 7250 rpm and generates 74 lb-ft of torque at 5500 rpm. Stronger at all speeds than it's predecessor, the improvement is most noticeable between 3000 and 5000 rpm - perfect for touring. To go with its added thrust, the new R1150RT gets new alloy wheels and fatter rear rubber for better contact with the road. To counteract the added thrust, the new R1150RT gets BMW's powerful sport-bike-derived EVO breaking system, feathring lightweight large-diameter front disks and staggered pistons. It teams with the new Integral ABS to give the RT a 20% boost in stoping power with half the required effort at the brake lever.
