This vehicle was recently traded in at a new car dealership in Medford, Oregon. The dealership then sold it at an Auction in Eugene where I was the highest bidder on the car and therefore I became the new owner. Why someone would trade off such a fine classic automobile I don't know although I being a dealer need to sell the car to someone that is a Datsun 280 Z enthusiest. This car has a perfect straight and solid body with no rust or apparrent body filler whatsoever the floor pans ect. are absolutely solid and rust free. The car is also mechanically very sound and it runs and drives great. The car is all original with the 6 cylinder engine and a 5-speed manual transmission. Everything works on the car except for the AC which may just need charged. The car is very clean throughout although the car was factory silver in color and has been repainted Pearl white and it could use a new paint job because the clear coat is flaking off in some areas and there's overspray on some of the weatherstriping.. Also the dash pad has cracks and the drivers seat has some wear as well as a smalltear in the leather shift boot.. I was told that the mileage was original and I personaly believe that they are do to the overall condition of the car. It is my opinion that if one was to repaint, and do a few minor repairs this car would be an outstanded show piece. I am selling at a buy now price of only $3850. which I think is a very good buy for a vehicle of this kind or you can bid and possibly get a better buy although I doubt it as I have sold semi projects for over $4000.
