It has the usual minor bodywork of a car for this age (see below) and needs a clean. It will look great with a wash and vacuum though. Toyota are renowned for running well past the high 200,000s and even well into the 300,000s so you should get a good 8 years or so based on a total mileage of 280000 traveling 12000 miles per year. Minor Issues: There are a couple of tiny dents on the hood, barely noticeable unless you know about them. Some small stone chips. Light scratches around door handles, as expected for 1998 car. ABS light on most of the time. It goes off a times too. This has been checked out twice and there is no brake issue. Garage said most likely sensor issue so I haven't bothered to fix it. You are more than welcome to have this checked out yourself if you want. Drive belt is squealing at times. The belt is only about 1 year old so just needs tightening. Clock not working. Tip edge of driver mirror broken, mirror is not affected in any way. Electrics all work and mirror itself not cracked. Needs a clean out. It's not terrible, just general use mess and dirt by a normal family :-) but if I were keeping it or had the time before selling, I would definitely get it cleaned.
