I just recently purchased this nice 1982 Corvette. The paint and body are decent but it needs some minor interior restoration. I purchase new leather seat covers, a dash cap and a bezel for the power seat controls. Obviously, all included in the sale. It could also use a driver's side door panel and either carpet dyed or replaced. Both fairly inexpensive. It is registered out of state. I never registered it in California and it would need some items to pass emissions. The paint is actually pretty decent with the exception of a couple of dings, a small crack in the left rear quarter and a small crack in the area aove the trunk. These wouldn't show up in anyhting other than close up photos. I was told by the previous owner that the spolier on the front was removed when the car ran over a dog. Whoops! Car looks to be a decent shape but I have not driven it far. It starts quickly, runs well and shifts. It has difficult low speed steering. This would have to be addressed. Overall given the potential I think this is a nice car and my wife wanted to keep it for herslef. However, I need the money to restore my 71 Vette. I recommend seeing this Vtette in person of having someone you trust inspect it. I want to be certain the buyer is happy with the purchase.
