1974 Honda CB

This is unquestionably one of those "RARE OPPORTUNITIES" for you to obtain an absolutely gorgeous 1974 Honda CB450 K7 Super Sport. This was the last year the vintage 450 series was produced and it is without a doubt the most refined and best looking. This machine has only 10,549 actual miles and still retains "ALL" of it’s original factory paint with a very few areas of touch up. The Candy Orange fuel tank and air cleaner side panels are still very brilliant with little to no sun fade which is clearly evidenced in the images shown. This color is much more collectible that the putrid Maxim Brown Metallic second option offering. The original Japanese lead wheel weights , the factory applied yellow inspection marks on the front disc attaching nuts plus the hydraulic front disc brake line, the immaculate original seat cover, the "ALL ORIGINAL" paint, and the immaculate original chrome plating are all testaments to the unbelievable pampered care this very collectable Honda has had. This CB450 K7 has accurate vintage "Day II" exhaust mufflers installed which allows a more "authoritative note" and very closely resembles the very restrictive and rather unattractive OEM mufflers. ALL lights, horn, turning signals, etc., all operate "as new". The bike literally starts, rides, and shifts just like you rode it off of the Honda Dealers showroom floor in 1974. The original patina on the engine cases, cylinder, cylinder head, and even the exhaust pipe holders appear factory correct and original. The bike has had a recent tune up, oil change, new battery installed, new NOS factory Honda clutch plates, and new fork seals installed by a certified Honda service technician. The bike is not "perfect" but it is unmistakably one of the nicest "ABOVE SURVIVOR" quality Vintage Hondas in the 36 year old category you will find "anywhere". This bike has all the factory applied warning decals still intact and amazingly enough the dealer delivered touch up paint, owners manual and factory installed tool kit are still in place and are included to further the pedigree of this incredible Vintage Honda. You "will not" be disappointed with this bike. Honda Motor Co. L.T.D. manufactured an "abundance" of these bikes during the magical era of the 1960's and 1970's however due to their economical initial cost very few are left today that has been cared for like this machine.
