I am selling a nice Chevy Metro , I bought this from a dealer about 1 month ago- my job has ended and we are moving. I purchased this car because i was looking for great gas mileage, and I got it! Without the ac on (before the heat) i got up to 40 mpg. Now on full blast I get about 34 city and highway mix. I had a new headliner installed as the one that came with the car was sagging. The job was beautifully done- looks like a new car's headliner. I also put in a brand new alternator as that went. Its a simple car, but its comfortable- bucket seats. The 1.3 L. 4 cyl Suzuki engine is peppier then youd think. Its a small car but its a 4 door. Its has a nice repaint job and some minor dings - looks real good for a 98'. Like I said i only bught it recently, but before me 10,000 miles were used in the last 4 years. Ive driven it about 500 miles. The only thing it needs is the driver window appears t be off track. I just leave it in the up position and its fine. If you or someone you know can fix this for you great. I just leave it up. I bought it this way and just didnt have it fixed. minor dash fading but not much, seems to get better with armour all. The cassette player also does not work but the radio does,. i suggest you change this out for a cd player. I do not smoke , the car does nt smell from smoke. Engine and transmission are smooth and strong. Trunk is surprisingly roomy, back seats come down for more storage. Front seats go back as far as laying down position. windshield has a small windsheild wiper mark, from a bad wiper, i guess but that wiper has been replaced, intermittent windshield wipers, A/C cold - ac knob a little loose but does not effect anything. i purchased new mats and a nice steering wheel cover- fun car to drive.
