Transmission: 4 speed Automatic Engine: V6 The ultimate fixer upper! This is a 1967 Camaro! It needs a ton of work and is in very rough condition. Me and a friend purchased two camaros from a co worker with intentions of fixing them up one day. Neither of us really has the experience, time, or money to devote to restoring these classics. We would rather see them get a good home with someone who can restore them. This is the second of the two, the other sold last week. This one is in very rough condition. Exterior has rust on the panels mostly around the wheelwell area. No motor or transmission however you would probably put your own in anyways.. The front cowl and firewall area from what I have researched is usually very rusty on these old cars, and as you can see in the pictures, this one is not really rusty at all. Also, the roof has no rust through at all. The guy we purchased it from said that the rear corner dent was from his son hitting it with a 4 wheeler, which was unfortunate as before it was not dented at all. Trunk floor is gone you can see the ground when you open the trunk. Has almost all of original trim, and glass including windshield and rear glass. The interior is rusty, rust through of the floor pans in areas, trunk etc. I was in a hurry when I was at my friends farm, and I took pictures of the cowl tags, but neglected to take a pictures of the vin tags on the doors. However, we believe this to be a stock 6 cylinder camaro. Could be a v8 camaro, but assume it is a v6. It is not a rs or ss. That would be all you would really want to know from the vin anyways. The interior is basically there, the seats are shot, has speedo and tach and gauges. odometer says 9,000 but obviously not accurate. Shifter is on the column. Doors open, hood may be useable one small rust patch on back but pretty straight etc, and the trunk does not easily open. I believe that overall, the basic frame is rusty, but could be sandblasted and used. The exterior panels are in ok condition with rust, not sure if they could all be used or just easier to replace them or what. Basically every panel and new floorpan and rear trunk would possibly need to be replaced. Usually replacing the trunk is an issue on this unibody but since you would probably have to replace the back panels because of the dent, you can go ahead and do the whole trunk pan as well. What saves this car is that the roof is in good condition and so that saves some work. Floorpan and front panels can be easily installed and replaced. I decoded the cowl tag and here are the basic results. 03 march 3rd week or march E - Black interior 12437 - Sport Coupe, standard interior NOR- Norwood, Ohio 760 - Black standard buckets, Z - Bucket seats KK - Emerald Turquoise body color W - tinted windshield, S - rear antenna S - RPO Z23 option, interior decor - RPO Z21 option, style trim group the car was either a 327 V-8 or six-cylinder model. This car is located on a farm in Clanton, Alabama. It is very easy to get to with a trailer etc, not far from interstate 65. So, it can be picked up. I also have a car trailer with winch so I could possibly deliver it. Well work that out. I have tried to describe this car to the best of my ability, but it is located about an hour from my home, so I do not really have access to it to check anything about it. Please ask any questions and me or my friend can try to get the answers. There is no title for this car as it is a old classic, but you can apply for new title once you restore this car. contact information Adam Berendt - Owner Email: adam@baddogmotors.com (I constantly check my email and it is the best way to reach me.
