Automatic w/ Manual Mode We see more than our fair share of luxury cars here in South Florida. This one is truly impressive. Nothing combines luxury, performance and style quite like this 2006 AMG CLS55. It comes with a nice selection of luxury, technology, and safety features, and it runs and drives great. This is a lifetime Florida car, so it hasn't been exposed to the road salt and rough conditions of northern roads. It has had just one previous owner. Exterior features include 19" alloy wheels, and AMG styling package with lip spoiler, and fog lamps. The exterior is in excellent shape, with no dents or dings. Autocheck shows no accident history or any other problems. The interior is clean, and in very good condition. The leather seats are very nice with no rips or tears. The carpets, dash, and door panels are also in fine shape. Both seats have power controls, lumbar and memory. Both front seats are also heated. The rear seat is in equally fine shape. Rear passengers have their own A/C vents and individual temperature and fan controls. The AMG Mercedes-Benz comes very well equipped. Highlights include a premium Harman-Kardon / Logic 7 audio system, a trip computer, power tilt and telescopic wheel, and much, much more. (please see the features chart) The automatic transmission has a manual shift mode. There are also ride hide height and ride firmness controls. Safety features include dual air bags, front and rear side air bags, curtain air bags, ABS and ESP stability control. This CLS55 has a power sunroof. The auto rearview mirror has a HomeLink universal gate/garage opener, and there is a Tele-Aid SOS assistance / concierge system. The books are with the vehicle. The trunk is clean and large. It is power operated - a $500 option. As nice as this car is, the real highlight is under the hood. The supercharged 5.5 liter V8 runs smooth and strong. This beast is rated at 469hp and 516 lb-ft of torque. This car can change from smooth cruiser to runaway race car at the flick of a foot. The tires have very good tread remaining all the way around. This car is being driven, so it will have a few more miles on it by the time the auction is over. It now has 74,208 miles on it. Payment/Fees We will add a $299 dealer prep charge to the final bid price. If a vehicle is not picked up within 10 days of the auction close, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable storage fee. You may pay the purchase price with cash in person, with a cashiers or certified check or bank-to-bank wire transfer. These forms are acceptable for the deposit as well, and we will accept Paypal for the deposit only. If you are the winner, a $500 deposit within 48 hours of the end of the auction is sufficient to hold the car until the remainder can be sent or car is picked up. If these forms of payment are not acceptable, please do not bid. Final payment is expected within five (5) days thereafter. Legal Disclaimer: The parties agree to the following with regard to dispute resolution: Any disputes between the parties must first be addressed by mediation. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals. The parties recognize that the State of Florida has laws which provide for the shifting of the burden of attorney fees. In the interest of reducing the risk and complexity of litigation caused by those laws, the parties agree to waive any rights they may have to attorney fees under those laws.
