Up for your bidding pleasure we have a vehicle from our police impound/storage yard division, a Mega Cab Dodge with the 5.7 HEMI. This truck came to us from Montebello Ford (Dealership), who are one of our top customers. The car was meant to be stored than exported and sold in Europe but the deal did not work out so we were asked to liquidate. The truck carries a California Salvage Title - the title IS IN hand with no liens, it still has the Montebello Ford dealer sale form on the windshield. We did procure pictures from the Highway Patrol export inspection on what damage the truck sustained before being salvaged. The last set of 3 or 4 pictures show the damage to the truck. From what we were told the truck was stolen from the dealership and crashed while involved in a police pursuit...Now to the truck. I have personally driven the truck for the last 150 miles or so. I have tested the truck on freeways and city streets. The truck is absolutely perfect! The large Hemi engine is absolutely amazing, it has amazing torque and top end speed. The Transmission shifts perfectly with no issues. Absolutely no leaks under the engine. There are no suspension noises, no pulling or uneven worn tires. The tires look to be or like new Michelins Truck tires, all 4 are matching and are very quiet. The brakes, both front and back have approximately 70% left on them. The exterior is in absolute perfect shape, the red paint shines nicely and has no oxidation. The bed seems to be covered in some kind of protectant, it's not a shell it's definitely sprayed on - Maybe Rhino? There is a tow hitch attached and will be included in the auction. The bed looks like new, it doesn't look like anything has been carried around in it. The interior is super clean, with no rips tears or odors. Definitely a non-smoker's truck. All the electronics on board are fully functional, the AC is ice cold and the heater is in working condition. The stereo unit sound great with a lot of bass...I don't know what else to report on, if you have any specific questions - please ask! The truck has no owners' manuals or books. It does have the OEM / Fob key with power unlock and alarm (One key only). This truck has only 33K miles on it and performs like a brand new truck. You can fly in and drive it anywhere, I don't have any doubts about that! Please remember that we are not a dealership, mechanic shop etc. We are a storage company, everything we sell is AS IS and WHERE IS - we offer no warranty or guarantees with the item. Once you buy it it's yours! You may test drive or have the truck inspected at any dealership/mechanic of your choice as long as you arrange for transport (pick up and delivery), also give me 24hr window to arrange the inspection. We have been a part of ebay for the last 12 years and our descriptions have been spot on. I do my best to describe it and to test drive it. If you require more, feel free to hire a private inspection Co. Unlike most of our auctions, we are unable to sell this at a NO RESERVE price. This in not a lien sale, I do not own the truck. If I don't receive the deposit within 8 hours, I have the right to VOID the auction and sell to someone else!
