I am personally selling a 2003 Infiniti QX4 SUV; Midnight Blue/Tan Interior. I am the 2nd owner, having bought the car off lease from a Certified Infiniti Dealership. The car was originally leased by a Nissan executive in CA, so it was in great shape when I purchased it - and still is. This car is an amazing performer in snowing conditions, and I have driven it in the best of circumstances I have all the service records from the previous owner and my time owning the car. There are 101864 miles on the car as of today; as I still need to take the car to run errands, it may end up with a few more. There are a few things that you should be aware of related to the condition of the car: #1. Car is in great shape - left rear bumper got dinged with a shopping car - but only minor scratches from vehicle usage #2 The rear air foil was broken while in Infiniti's possession during a standard servicing. Given these cars are no longer manufactured, Infiniti was not able to replace and therefore offered me credit for other dealer approved services. #3 The motor on the radio antenna is beginning to show signs of wear. I get great radio reception and am able to use the Best Buy installed Sirius satellite radio without issue. #4 The tires were rotated and replaced within the past 10-15K miles. Payment Methods Cash (In Person), Certified Check, bank transfer, or PayPal. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment in place before making your final bid. Deposit The successful high bidder will submit a $750.00 deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Payment of Balance Due The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (less deposit) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. Shipping The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. I will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company - email me for more information. I assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company. Buyer's Inspection Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. I've done my best to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that this is a USED vehicle and used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent due to normal use (wear and tear). I can recommend an inspection (in-person), but I will say, I am not in the business of trying to stick it to someone with such a purchase. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees. Warranty Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, this vehicle is being sold 'as is'. No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids. Extended warranties may be available; but will be at the owness of the buyer. Notice to Bidders We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. Bid Retractions Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction. Successful Bidder The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact us within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements. Non-Paying Bidder If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 5 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
