Recently rebuilt engine and transmission (about 4000 miles ago) make this a very nice and dependable Classic, its not a 100 point show car but a very nice driver quality car. The car received a complete repaint in its original Wimbledon White about 4 years ago and it looks great. At that time door and trunk weatherstrips were replaced the bumpers and convertible top surround pieces were re-chromed. The interior and convertible top were completely redone just this past winter including correct “pinpoint vinyl” convertible top (the top frame was sanded and repainted satin black) Red top boot, new seat covers, door panels and carpet. The car drives very well. Does not leak any oil or transmission fluid. She looks good, drives good but she is 47 years old, so not perfect. There are 4 or 5 small bubbles (about the size of a pencil eraser) in the paint on the very bottom of the drivers quarter panel. The side moldings have dings and dents, the windshield has a stone chip on the passengers side, the radio and clock do not work, the interior chrome has fine pits.
