Im selling my 2003 GMC pickup 5.3L. I bought it new in Grenville, TX in 2003. It's been a great truck. Most of the mileage is highway miles. There is nothing mechanically wrong with the truck. I am selling because the company I work for provides me with a vehicle. I had a 2" body lift put on it about 6 mos after I got the truck. It was professionally installed. I didn't install it myself. I have added a plug in for an ipod and a cradle for the ipod as well. The truck has been well maintained with scheduled oil/filter changes & greased front end. The wheels are American Racing with BFG 295/75R/16's on it. There is about 80-85% of the tread left. I also installed Flowmaster exhaust and chrome tips on the truck to give it a good rumble sound. The body is strait, the front end is in excellent shape and it doesn't have any rattles or squeaks. The only thing that's "wrong" with the truck is the paint on the drivers fender and door doesn't completely match the rest of the truck. My neighbor drove the truck home and stopped by WalMart on the way home. While backing out of the parking space he rubbed the fender & door on the yellow parking lot poles & dented the fender & door. In an effort to try to save him some $$$ to fix it I ordered the replacement door and fender off the internet from a place that GUARANTEED the color to match. I should have known better. The color is not exactly the same but it's not really far off. The picture makes it look worse than it is. The body shop said they could fix it for about $600. The body molding still has some yellow paint on it. Maybe it can be rubbed off. I have thoroughly enjoyed this truck and thought I'd keep it forever but it just sits in the driveway most of the time with only weekend driving. I figure it would be better for someone else to drive it rather than just let it sit. Check my feedback. It speaks for itself. You are bidding on a solid GMC truck with lots of life left in it. The bed is a bit scratched from carrying things around in it. The rust isnt bad at all. it's mainly surface rust.
