For sale is a 1979 Toyota Celica Liftback. It is in great shape, the engine runs good and the transmission shifts smoothly. I bought this car from the original owners daughter about two years ago. I need to sell this car because I want to buy a jeep. It has a 20R four cylnder engine with rear wheel drive and a 5 speed manual transmission. It has only 139600 miles on it. It has a current VA state inspection. There is a dashboard cover on the dash because there is some dammage under it, but the cover looks nice. There is also a spot on the door panel where I did some repairs that do not look great (shown in pictures). The a/c does not work, it may just need to be charged but im not sure. Heat works but only comes out the defroster vents because there is something wrong with the selector switch, it still heats up the car though. The locks do not operate from the inside, only from the outside with the key, new door handels would fix this. All four tires have a good amount of tread. The original color is green, but I painted it myself, the paint job is decent but not flawless. One minor problem is when the engine hasn't been run in a while you need to pump the gas to keep it running when you first start it up but once you get going it runs fine. I believe adjusting the carburator would fix this because I didn't have this problem before messing with the carb.
