1986 F150 STEP-SIDE 4X4 No reserve, it will go to the highest bidder. This is a pretty nice old truck. It has a Fuel injected 302 with automatic overdrive. All gauges work The cigarette lighter outlet works and the heater/a/c fan switch works, even the cruise control and the fog lights work. Of course the lights, signals, brake lights and windshield wipers also work. It is equipped with A/C that was changed to r134, but the belt is disconnected and the story I got was that there was a problem with the tensioner pulley. I haven't messed with it, so I don't know how good the A/C is but there is a sticker under the hood showing it was converted. There is no radio, It has speakers and wiring all there however. It has been repainted at some time, probably quite a while ago. The paint shines a bit and is serviceable but is it flaking in places. It would look really nice with a new paint job. The body is extremely clean for a 24 year old truck, it looks like it has been a southern truck most of its life. It has a diamond plate bed that is painted. It has a class 3 hitch. It has a 2 inch body lift on it and the tires have about 70% tread left. The truck drives down the road straight and stops and shifts well. I drove it home on the interstate at 70+ and is pretty good for an old truck. The interior is also extremely clean. However the dash as some cracks around the center speaker and a small hole on the right side of the top of the dash, That's why the cover is on it. If you are looking for a rare body style truck to drive as is and work on as you go , this truck is could be yours. I am not asking a lot of money for this and I believe it is certainly worth more than the starting no reserve price. The odometer shows 10,000 miles and does work. It does not have the extra digit for showing 110,00. I don't know the true miles and Florida titles vehicles more than 10 years old as mileage exempt.
