Vehicle Description 2005 Toyota 4Runner LIMITED! V6 automatic 4x4 with sunroof. This is a True No reserve auction. No offers please, bid to win. No low feedback bids will be accepted. Balance due within 7 days via cash in person, or via wire transfer 24hours or more before the release of this vehicle. This vehicle runs...and drives nicely. The engine sounds good, no strange noises, it does not smoke. The transmission shifts perfectly. The 4 wheel drive works on all settings. There are no warning lights lit. The paint on the truck looks very nice. There are tiny scratches and or dings present as with any vehicle this age. Over all this truck really looks great. The paint is shinny all over, no faded spots. The tires are in excellent condition. I lifted the truck up and inspected the undercarriage, no oil or coolant leaks are present. I just changed the engine oil with pure synthetic. All 4 of the windows work, the heat and air works, sunroof works. The newer aftermarket radio with Bluetooth works. The original factory radio is in the rear hatch area. I have driven this truck for the past several hundred miles. The temperature gauge works intermittently, it never over heats. The gauge stays at 1/2 way after warm up, but sometimes it drops to cold then it comes back up to half way (Bad temperature sensor). The only noise is a very slight whine coming from the rear of the vehicle. Most high mileage Toyota trucks have this noise it is caused by the rear pinion bearing. It is just starting to whine, and will be fine for another 100k just the way it is. I did check the rear differential oil and it is clean and full. I checked briefly for any play in the front suspension components. I did not find anything obviously loose. I did not pull the wheels. I Just did a quick pre-trip inspection. I do that on my own vehicles before a long trip just to make sure something isn't about to break and leave me stranded. I feel good about taking this truck anywhere, it drives very nicely. All is well, and I feel confident in it. As with any used vehicle, sensors, fuel pumps, hoses, tires and things of this nature can fail at any time. I always try to remind people who are buying older high mileage vehicles that these possibilities exist and that there is no warranty provided by car plaza llc on vehicles of this age and mileage. I do however believe strongly in toyota's and Honda's for there long lasting drive trains. That being said, this is why I primarily sell these two brands. I check for internal engine noise thoroughly, this engine has no problems inside. I also pay close attention to the way the transmissions shift. This truck changes gears smoothly and without any issues. If you decide to fly in I will personally pick you up at BWI airport. We charge a $200 dealer processing fee on any vehicle we sell.
