Hi, you are viewing an Absolutely Beautiful 450SL with only 75,000 Original Miles. This SL is Rust Free and Very Straight and with Very Nice Paint. This Mercedes is MUCH Nicer and Straighter by far than most of the other older SL's that I have seen. The Floorpans and Underbody is also in Incredible Condition. Same holds true with The Super Nice and Original Interior. This car runs and drives just as Beautifully as it looks. Everything is Really Smooth and is just an Absolute Pleasure to Drive. When you take it out for a drive, you wont want to put it back into the garage. I have had many of the more common 380SL's and this is my first 450SL, and I can tell you the 450SL has a Lot More Power. This one also has a newer Performance Type Muffler on it and it sounds a bit like an American Muscle Car, not loud, but you can tell it has some power, just right. I also have a ton of the Original Paperwork and Manual (including Original Bills Of Sale) documenting this SL as an Original California Car. This car spent its entire life in garages between California and Las Vegas and I have a lot of paperwork (including a lot of receipts) showing this. A person from New York bought it in 2017 from Las Vegas and he kept it in a garage there until I purchased it 6 months ago (the paperwork also shows this). It is very easy to see that this car was Very Well taken Care of and came from a Very Nice Climate it's whole life. The Original Tool Kit is still in the trunk too. You probably have noticed that this car also has the Chrome Wheels in the Correct Original Design which are the same wheels as the basic ones that come on these, but I think these Wheels are a Lot More Appealing on these Vintage SL's. It has nice tires too. Everything works Great. It has Cold AC and all of the electric (lights, turn signals, etc.), Gauges (Even the Clock!) all work as they should. The Bumpers, the Chrome and Trim (door handles,etc..) are all in beautiful condition. This also includes the Original Convertible Soft Top and is also in Great Condition (I really don't it was ever used much, its too nice). The steering, suspension, brakes, transmission and of course the engine all perform beautifully, as a Low Mileage SL should. No leaks either ! I have had many Corvettes and British Sports Cars, etc... and none of them drive anywhere near as nice as this car does, just Pure Quality. Many of the Collector Car Magazines are saying that this generation of SL's are the next ones to spike up a lot in price, like the generation of SL's before these have. In fact, it seems to be already beginning from what I am seeing. When I take this car out, everybody remembers these SL's from just about every weekly TV show from the 70's or 80's where the famous or successful person drove one of these (like Rockford Files, Magnum PI, Hart to Hart,etc..).
