Long Description: Generation 6 Camaro IROC-Z Prototype #1 Based off of a 2016 Camaro 1SS, this is the vehicle used to resurrect the name IROC-Z and the IROC Race Series. It was used to prototype all parts designed and sold by 6LE Designs and IROC Motorsports. It is also the Generation 6 Camaro IROC-Z Prototype #1 displayed at SEMA 2017, SEMA 2018 and used in pitch decks which resulted in the return of the IROC Race Series as an episodic show and live event. This vehicle is rated at 700hp, runs on 91 octane and has less than 13,000 miles on the odometer. Integrating the 1969 Camaro widebody styling with throw backs to the Gen 3 IROC-Z vehicles and then taking the Camaro design forward with a full DOT approved glass roof, this vehicle is one of a kind. This car also launched the new line of IROC, IROC-Z and IROC-Z Red Letter Edition vehicles available for purchase through your local Chevrolet Dealerships. This vehicle was purchased through Rydell Chevrolet and upfitted, via IROC Motorsports coach build program, into IROC-Z Red Letter Edition Prototype #1. Similar, serial numbered, vehicles can now be purchased at the cost of $150,000 plus the price of the base vehicle, normally totaling well over $200,000. This prototype vehicle, that launched the production versions, has a total of $215,000 invested in it, not including the original purchase price of the car putting the total investment well over $250,000. We are offering it at NO RESERVE and also taking private bids. It has been used in multiple promotional videos, including the Hoonigan Media Machine, and is well known throughout the Camaro community and beyond. We are offering it as is, a piece of history that was used to resurrect the name IROC-Z, a daily driven prototype vehicle ready for you to DRIVE home. This vehicle was driven, not trailered, to every event it has attended since SEMA 2017 and was recently driven from Los Angeles, CA to and back from SEMA 2018 in Las Vegas, NV. It is an extremely fun car to drive, and would serve its new owner well as a show winning, weekend racing, daily driven piece of Camaro history.
