THE POPE BOARD TRACK RACER REPLICA (80cc,two stroke engine, fuel-oil mixture required) The unique project I offer has been designed and hand crafted in every single detail. Made from basic materials like sheet of metal, straight metal pipes and aluminum scrap to meet the spirit of the Époque. Hand crafted gas tank including beautiful gauges (choke and start-stop switch). The Saddle was made from a thick piece of leather. It was designed, shaped, painted and sewn by hand. To achieve the result, I used the same old methods that had been used for centuries by leatherworkers. The beautiful engine head has been designed by me and manufactured in a limited number. It cannot be purchased anywhere else. The foot rests have been designed and cast the old fashioned way, by means of the wooden patterns, sand moulds and aluminum melting furnace. They are a real piece of art! Designed and hand crafted frame, fork, engine covers, magneto housing, air filter housing, exhaust pipe, handlebar, pull-up starter handle are the items that make the replica a real treasure.
