Do your own research. The book value on this car is over $22K if it was perfect. This car is selling for below book because it needs some work. Starts, runs, perfect shifting, you could drive it cross country no issues. But to make it perfect it needs some attention. It has been in an accident and mostly repaired. The title is clean, not salvage, but the CarFax does note the accident because this is a California car and accidents over $1500 are reported. There is a dent on the drivers rear quarter that has not been repaired. The hood is custom and does not have washer jets. The high beams and the angel eyes / halos do not turn on. The front shocks work but they are a bit chattery. The front end driver side appears to have some welds. Car was in an accident from before I bought it and airbags did deploy so I am assuming previous driver struck something with the front. This may be why the shocks chatter a little and could benefit from alignment.
