Vehicle Description 2009 Mercedes sl550 86k miles This vehicle is being sold on a true no reserve auction. Please no low feedback bidders. Lowfeedback bids will be removed. The engine and transmission operates as it should. Internally the engine sounds good and the transmission shifts perfectly. I’ve driven it for about 60 miles in the past week so that I can give you a good description of the cars current condition. The radio and navigation system works fine. The exterior looks great....  There are some scrapes and paint chips on the lower portion of the front bumper. Small scratches also on the rear bumper. For the most part the exterior is very clean and nice. The interior shows some wear on the seats and some stains on the carpets. 3 out of 4 of the tires need to be replaced due to worn tread. There is a mild shake at highways speeds caused by the worn tires. A whining noise from the active body control pump can be heard along with some slight vibration. This is common when theses pumps have been replaced with aftermarket rebuilt units. The door locks all work fine. It smells good inside the car. The main overhead interior light functions fine but the individual map lights do not work. The convertible top has a leaking right front lock actuator (Slavecylinder) that is leaking. The hydrolic fluid has largely leaked out and the top will not work without the leak being repair and new fluid added. On occasion while driving I could smell a faint oil burning smell coming from underneath of the hood. Likely seeping valve cover gaskets. I looked around the engine and under the car but could not see any leaks. The car has a clean title in my company name with no liens. The car has salvage history. The vehicle is located on a farm in a garage near the Hartford county and Baltimore county line in Maryland zip code 21087. This car Is titled in my company name as shown on the actual title pictured. All proceeds will be transferred to the family of my late great friend and investor who holds financial interest in this vehicle and many other classic and collectible cars.
