Mini - 1976 Mini upgraded to a 90’s MPI Sport-pack in Tahiti Blue and black leather interior. Superb condition. This is an exceptionally well kept car. No rust and fully original paint. The leather inside has been well maintained. No rips, tears, or signs of wear. Inside, Mini has key fob remote central locking & alarm. The trunk has a jack kit and full spare. The car also includes original books. All the usual updated Rover spec goodies including, airbag, full length electric webasto sunroof, fuel injection, distributorless ignition etc. are all there. Equipped with the 1275 MPI engine. With fourth gear now equivalent to fifth gear on many other cars and a third gear high enough to virtually achieve the 90mph maximum speed, the driving characteristics are very different. The 'overdrive' fourth gear cuts engine speed at 70mph from 3,888 rpm to 3,333 rpm for more comfortable cruising, while third gear now provides the upper range acceleration and overtaking capability.
