This is your copportunity to own a rare British supercar for an affordable price. The early "G" cars 1976-1986 were designed by Italian Supercar designer Giorgetto Giugiaro. These early Esprit were manufactured in small quantities averaging 300 per year. There aren't many G cars left and will only appraise in value. This beautifully restored 2 owner ** 1983 Lotus Esprit Turbo rolling chassis is ready to have either your GM/engine-trans retrofitted or if you want to stick to original (recommend) I have the fully refurbished 910 Engine ready to install and it includes the inspected original transmission. (Selling together in separate listing). **I am willing and prefer to sell the two listing combined for one price, please feel free to contact me to discuss. Unfortunately, I no longer have a place nor the time to re assemble this vehicle. It would be to your advantage to consider purchasing the set, however I understand some are also looking for one or the other.** This car will need some additional prep prior to engine install: Recommend new Oil Cooler lines, and throttle / choke cable which are readily available through JAE. In addition I recommend CV Joints and springs, brakes. I may be able to work out a price for those items separately. The paint is immaculate, wet sanded and professionally polished to a mirror finish. Seats were reupholstered in black and tan leather. Including center pedestal, all other interior is original.
