1965 Chevrolet Impala Super Sport. This is an original Chevrolet Super Sport. It came from the factory with its 327 CI V8 and a Four Barrel carburetor. I have a clear Utah title in my name, and the reserve on the car is well below its value. The original owner's passed away in 1995 and left the car parked next to their home and it has sat there for the past 23 years. I bought the car from their son. I have too many projects and I need to sell the 1965 Chevrolet Super Sport. I have replaced the fluid in the brake master cylinder, the power steering pump, the transmission, etc. With the fluids replaced, and a new battery, the Chevrolet Super Sport fired up and sounds good. I have been an Ebay member for over twelve years, and I have over 1000 positive feedbacks on Ebay. I want to be sure the sale of the Chevrolet Super Sport is accurate and that the new owner knows exactly what they are getting. With this in mind, I will explain the positive and negative aspects of my Chevrolet. On the positive side: 1. This is an original 1965 Chevrolet Super Sport. It has never been repainted and the original color is "Evening Orchid Poly." It has its factory 327 V8 which came with a four barrel carburetor. The car runs and drives and the engine sounds good. 2. The Chevrolet is very complete, and you won't have to spend a lot of time and money chasing parts. On the negative side: 1. After sitting for over two decades, the Chevrolet needs a complete restoration. Please look closely at the photos. 2. There is rust in the rockers, lower rear section of the fenders, and the passenger's side rear floor is rusted. The frame and most of the floor is in good condition. 3. The interior is complete and has the "SS" decals and emblems, but the seats and headliner need to be replaced. Again, please look closely at the photos. 4. The engine runs good and sounds good, but the cars needs to be tuned up. The transmission is sluggish and the brakes are soft. I think with a tune up, transmission flush, and the brakes bled and adjusted, the car could be a daily driver. The engine runs good and the car can be "lot driven" currently, but it needs the above mentioned work before it can be driven on the road. In addition, it is currently running off of an auxiliary gas tank. The original gas tank needs to be flushed and cleaned. All of the parts to the window are good, but the glass was shattered during the time the Chevy was sitting - after the owner passed away. In addition, I've lowered the reserve.
