Selling my 1979 BMW R100RT "resto-mod project". With some work This will truly be a head turner. I was told by the previous owners wife that he was going to have the heads rebuilt which is why they carbs are not attached clean Michigan title in hand. When done right with the correct upgrades, parts and service this bike can be worth $8-15k as a cafe race style bike. Mileage is just over 80K . It is and excellent start of a cafe racer or restoration project. I am also listing this bike locally, so reserve the right to pull the eBay listing. Buyer is responsible for arranging shipping but I will help with delivery etc as much as I can. It is missing the air box and a few small parts but otherwise is all there. Bags are not included.
