I bought this car in November 2001 – It is a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix GT. Over the years we have amassed 254K miles and it surprises me sometimes that the engine is still so strong and that the car still looks good. The transmission is great in normal driving, but can be weaker in mountainous areas. Either garage-kept or concrete driveway – clean outsideStereo works, but needs new speakersWill need new front tires – rear tires have deep treadOne of two cup holders is brokenCorner of ash-tray is broken offRight-rear tail light seal is broken – moisture inside although lights work fineSome decorative window trim on inside of front doors has cracked and fallen offSmall part of door seal on top of front doors started leaking and I replaced with electrical tape home-made remedy – has not leaked recently.Gasoline gauge is not working, using trip-meter to know when to fillThere have been some accidents over the years and I have had panels replaced most times without body filler Some things that have been done more recently: New hub bearings on rear 5K miles agoNew alternator about 20K miles agoNew radiator and heater hosesOriginal floor mats are fine except on driver side – hole where heel goes – carpets are goodNew catalytic converter, EGR valve, oxygen sensor 30K miles agoHave kept all power windows workingReplaced headlamp assemblies and driving lights due to discolored lensesKept oil/filter changed @ 6,000 miles usuallyReplaced trunk strutsNew motor mount 60K agoNew transmission mount 60K agoReplaced front axles 90K agoBuyer is responsible for arrangement of transport of the car to their location.
