What a COOOOL old find . This truck is barn fresh and ready for a new lease on life . Plucked from the cornfields of illinois is this sweeheart 1941 Ford half ton truck . This truck has been local to this area for a very long time . Its last tour of duty was as a service truck for a local Sinclair gas station . The plates show it as last being plated in 1960 and it has been in the barn ever since.As you can see from the pictures , it has its battle scars , dents , dings , rust , mouse poop and a stuck flathead . One thing it has LOADS of that some folks can see and others cant is POTENTIAL and a COOL FACTOR thats through the roof. The Sinclair green and white paint is faded , flaked and stained with grease and oil from its previous life . The old sinclair stickers on the doors are faded and barely legible but they are still there . We put a battery in it and the engine is stuck tight , brakes dont work etc , like i said , its a project but it is well worth the time and effort. This truck could go so many different directions , a full blown hotrod , throw a new drivetrain under it and have a cool patina shop truck that has taken mother nature 77 years to perfect, or for all of you gas and oil collectors , you may have a shed FULL of cool old pumps and petrolina but do you have an original Service Station shop truck ? Well you could !! All sales pitch aside , this is a cool old truck with a cool look . It needs completely gone through , has dents rust and broken pieces here and there but it wears its history and is just an overall neat piece . Truck has a clear title ready for your signature . Truck must be picked up at my location of Shelbyville IL ,can assist in loading with equipment .will NOT accept paypal on this sale . It is cash in person at time of pickup or certified funds sent ahead of time . Must allow 1 week for check to clear my bank if being picked up . Truck can set here for a reasonable amount of time until you can make it here to pick it up or arrange transport , however it must be paid in full .
