For Sale is my gorgeous 2003 E55 AMG Benz. It has been tastefully modified with high quality brand parts and is the perfect E55 for an AMG enthusiast that wants a car that has already been modified and tuned, which is a huge savings... This car is in great shape, has just 91k original miles, and runs perfect. It has the updated E63 front end and many more cosmetic upgrades which makes it one of the best looking E55s on ebay, as well as anywhere in town. Much better looking than stock. This car attracts smiles for miles, gets lots of attention, and demands respect. This E55 is a monster and is making almost 600 crank horsepower, and putting about 500 horsepower to the rear wheels. It runs great on 91 octane pump gas. This is a car you can take anywhere, and it's fast. You can leave the new SRT Chargers and Challengers, 392 Scat Packs in the Dust and embarrass those Dodge owners, yet this is also a comfortable, smooth daily driver that you can take to the grocery store with the AC on and listening to your favorite tunes. It's loud but only if you go wide open throttle. That's part of the fun... The exhaust is tamed and not too loud while daily commuting. It's a low 12 second car in the quarter mile (knocking on the door of 11s) on street tires that behaves well no matter what type of driving you do, highway, twisties, canyons, bumper to bumper city street driving, etc. Whenever you feel like opening it up, it will scream. I've had many compliments on the car and the way it sounds. If you're worried about smog/emissions, this car will pass no problem because it is not throwing any codes. You just need to take it to a smog check place that doesn't do a strict visual. There is no sniffer test on this year vehicle. I have saved the stock mufflers and included them, they are in the trunk incase the exhaust is too loud for you. But i personally think it sounds wicked and have gotten many thumbs ups and compliments from other car guys and gals. Mechanically the car is in excellent shape, no problems, no overheating, no leaks, everything works. It has been maintained well over the years with full synthetic fluid changes. It has newer belts. No electrical gremlins, this car can sit for 2 weeks and still start right up no problem. Brakes stop great, it has amazing 8 piston Racing Brake Calipers from the factory. This is a California car, car has only been in CA and TX, and has never seen snow or salt, there's absolutely no rust, etc. The interior is in very nice condition, very clean, beautiful comfortable black leather AMG dynamic heated seats, it has the factory paddle shifters behind the steering wheel too if you want to manually shift the car, Panoramic roof (which works great), the interior is original and unmolested. Everything works. Has proximity sensors front and rear to let you know how close you are to objects when you're parking. The AC blows ice cold, heater/defroster works perfectly. It has professional dark tint on the side windows. This interior is one of the nicest luxury interiors i've sat in, and makes driving this car such a nice experience. Original stereo and sound system works and sounds great. To set this E55 apart from the rest, the exterior has blacked out badges all around, the must-have E63 front end swap, lower carbon fiber valance, carbon fiber rear diffuser, nice big exhaust tips sticking out back showing this luxury sedan means business, the dark gray metallic paint is nice and glossy, but it isn't "perfect" as far as show quality, but it is in very nice shape for a daily driver. I keep it waxed and polished on a regular basis and this car is always garaged, never sees Rain and never sits outside overnight. Body/Paint has minor chips, imperfections, and scratches here and there. But nothing major, no dents, etc. Overall it's nice. The only things that may need repair/to be replaced (if you want to) include:~~~The two lowest round fog lights, the glass has shattered on both fog lights from highway driving/rocks kicking up. It's a small cosmetic issue i never fixed because it didn't bother me. ~~~The passenger front parking lamp is out, it's just the bulb. No biggie. ~~~The drivers side door lock actuator acts up only when being locked. The door lock button itself rapidly goes up and down. It always ends up locking just fine though. Sometimes you will have to hit the lock button once, or two or three times to get the drivers side door to lock. It's a small issue but not too expensive of a repair if you wish to get it fixed. It always locks so i never bothered with it. This car is riding on custom aftermarket Niche 19'' wheels, and looks great. The tires still have some life left and hold air perfectly. No rubbing issues. It will need tires in the near future. I want to address the title. Yes the title says "Lemon Law Buyback", it was like that when i bought it from the previous owner. This car has never been in an accident. I honestly am not sure why it has lemon law buyback issued on the title. It's a great car and everything works, i've never had any issues with this car. It didn't stop me from buying this car and i hope it doesn't stop you from owning this great car as well. This E55 is ready to go to someone looking for a Clean, great driving, fast, clean AMG that has already been modified cosmetically to make it unique, and modified for performance. You'll save a lot of money (Thousands of $$$$) over doing these Cosmetic and Performance Modifications yourself. It's a perfect daily driver, weekend toy, or both. Never abused, mainly driven on nice weekend days only. Comes with the original Owners manuals from Mercedes Benz/AMG. ***Priced to Sell. Very fair price for this E55. I will entertain fair offers... ***I will not do a Pre Purchase Inspection (PPI) because this car is in fine mechanical condition and will not experience any catastrophic mechanical failures anytime in the near future. I've been honest in my descriptions of this vehicle. ***No this isn't a perfect mint condition E55. If you want perfect, you'll have to pay perfect E55 prices and spend around $20k for a perfect example W211 E55.***If you're very worried about possible maintenance or repair costs of this E55, then maybe you should look into buying a Honda Accord or Toyota Camry instead... Owning a Benz (especially an AMG) is a luxury, much like having a swimming pool or spa. Eventually it will need things... which costs money... that's part of owning one of these cars.
