I bought this van five years ago from a chocolate delivery company where it was used mostly for long highway trips. The previous owner had his fleet of this type of vans regularly maintained. I have also changed the oil at about every 3k miles using only full synthetic Mobil oil and Bosch filters. Other than that, I only had to replace the lower radiator hose. It runs great and the AC also works. The radio and the turn signal sometimes work, sometimes don't and should be fixed. The rear door can be opened from the inside only because I don't have the key for the lock. If you wish, I could get it smogged for an additional $80 before pickup.
