Up for sale is my 2000 Boxster S, aka midlife crisis on a budget. I currently own a BMW M6 V10, have owned 2 other Boxsters, a 911 C4 cab, and a few Jag XJS's and XKs and this car is by far the most fun to drive. What it lacks in HP it makes up for in agility. It's like a go kart. Why get rid of my favorite car? I need to make a choice between this or my M6 (which is also for sale) the wife says. This Boxster S is triple black; The interior, exterior and top are all in beautiful shape. It has all the equipment in it that was in it new, no Chinese short shifter, no kronos exhaust hack job, no snorkel delete and no double din radio. Its untouched. It still has the factory glass wind deflector, and black mesh inserts for the roll bar behind the seats. The top is newer with the glass rear window and defrost. I replaced the front Porsche crest emblem on the hood (front trunk) and the "Boxster S" badge on the trunk (rear). I had the front bumper resprayed since it had a bunch of rock chips and scraps from curbs on the underside. Within the last month I did a complete oil change (8.5 qts of Mobil 1), 3 coil packs, plugs, all filters including the cabin filters, and a new battery 2 months ago. Transmission shifts through all gears properly and the clutch still has plenty of life in it. It has retained through the years all it original "S" model trim, both in and out. Its a good little car but one of them has to go. Clean clear title, clean clear car fax. It is for sale locally, therefore auction may end early due to local buyer. The buyer or winning bidder agrees this sale is “AS IS” where is and buyer waives and releases all seller representations whether written, verbal or implied.
