Vehicle Detail

GENERALLY:3rd Owner. 212K Miles. Automatic. 4X4. Runs Super Smooth. Very Good Condition. Never been offroaded. All repairs done at Willamette Blvd Repair in Portland, OR (they only do Landcruisers and Josh is an amazing mechanic). I've owned it for about 4 years. Always stored under cover. Selling as its my second rig and its not being loved as much as it needs (I bought a 2006 Tundra to haul our camper). I drove it as a full time rig for a year when I bought it and worked flawlessly - never had a problem. Clean Vehicle History Report.Overall - great rig with a beautiful body. Some minor mechanical repairs would bring this up to an excellent condition rig. You could immediately make this a daily driver, or make it a weekend driver no problem. Or work on the little things a little bit at a time.ENGINE:Original engine. Runs super smooth. Had it tuned up about 1.5 years ago and runs great. Starts right up. Leaks a small bit of oil but expected with rig of this age.TRANSMISSION: Josh at Willamette Blvd Repair replaced the transmission 2 years ago with a used one with about 200K Miles on it. It ran great but about a year ago it started taking some warming up to get into 2nd gear (from 1st gear). After it gets into second gear there are no problems. I haven't had much problem with it as I just warm it up 5 min in the winter or hardly at all in the summer and it shifts smoothly from gears 1-4. I haven't taken it to a transmission shop but you are welcome to. BODY & INTERIOR:Body is clean. A few minor dime size dents (indents really) but nothing that is dramatic. One rust spot the size of a nickel above the rain gutter. Underbody is clean. Interior is average. Backseat and passenger seat are solid but Driver cushion is torn up (I put a cover and extra cushion as a replacement). See pics. The back cargo area is bare as the carpet was pulled out before me.Dash is cracked at two places. Front window has a few cracks but can easily be replaced. All window cranks work. OTHER ITEMS (GOOD/NOT SO GOOD):GOOD:Tires are 80% Fresh - guy before me bought them right before I bought the rigComes with the roof rack from ThuleHeat works wellNew Bluetooth CD/Player/system. New Speakers in the back.Interior Headliner is cleanNOT SO GOOD:Small water leak in vent in passenger side front window. creates a small pool of water when it sits in the rain or driven in the rain. I've investigated and looks like its a fairly common problem and easily fixable. Just don't have the time to be honest.Parking Break/E-Brake light stays on despite parking break not engaged. Probably a fuse needs to be replaced. There is a knocking noise in the steering column with dramatic turns. Common issue - can be easily fixed apparently.AC doesn't work - needs to be rechargedEnd Cap to Front Bumper needs replaced (about 50 bucks on EBAY). A few dents in front bumper. No Trades, no weird stuff, etc. Not playing the lowball game.
