NO RESERVE Up for NO RESERVE auction is an excellent 2004 Aviator, Ultimate Version. This is a totally ORIGINAL PAINT two owner car with COMPLETE SERVICE RECORDS from DAY ONE. Please read the description and look at the photos attached very carefully as they describe this SUV very accurately. CLEAN CARFAX. Please call me if you want the CARFAX report. BODY It is totally ORIGINAL PAINT in very good to excellent condition with very minor chips on side fascias. There is no fading or wear on black shiny surrounds of the windows or front grill as in many Aviators. The paint is extremely shiny with no noticeable surface scratches or dullness. Car was garaged most of it’s life. INTERIOR The leather has no separations, is supple and is in excellent condition. There are stretch marks that are visible in photos. Dash, steering wheel, door panels are excellent. Glass, rugs and mats are in excellent condition. Sunroof works well and has no leaks. OPTIONS This is an ULTIMATE edition with All Wheel Drive, Tilt Wheel, Sunroof, Third Row Seat, Navigation, 6 disc CD player, Heated and Air Conditioned Seats, Keyless Entry, Rear DVD, Heated Driver’s and Passenger Side Mirrors, Steering Wheel Controls, Back Up Sensors, Tire Pressure Monitoring System, Rear Seat Heat/AC ENGINE Engine is excellent and has been serviced religiously since day one. Factory transmission was installed at 91k miles at Dealership as was shifter (common problem) at Dealership. Oil and filter was changed every 5k miles with Mobil 1. No noises or leaks. Very smooth idle, and accelerates smoothly. Have only used Premium Gasoline. Tires are excellent with plenty of tread. AC blows ice cold and climate control works in all modes. The 4.6 V8 engine in the Aviator is a Mustang Mach 1 engine with 302 HP vs. the engine in the Explorer with 239 HP is a world of difference. This SUV is very quick. New battery June, 2018. CURRENT MAINTENANCE Oil and filter, 6/28/18, 152,521 Battery, 6/14/18, 152,115 Rear shocks, struts, sway bar, 4 wheel align 3/3/18 149,997 Rear brake pads and rotors, 2/15/18, 149,608 Negatives - The cruise is inoperable as is the electric reclining function of the driver’s seat . Forward and back of the driver’s seat works perfectly as does the lumbar support. Undercarriage has characteristic surface rust and wheels have some curb rash. The tail gate has the typical vertical crack that appears in most Aviators and Explorers. It does not affect the tail gate function.
