1998 Chevy 1/2 ton short box 4x4 fleetside 4.3 V6 - ONE OWNER. 204,362 original miles, adult driven, no accidents, bought new in 1998. This truck has been in storage and not driven in 1-1/2 years. When driven, the oil was changed every 3,000 miles. Have records of everything done since new. Transmission rebuilt at 170,162 miles and all engine gaskets were replaced at that time. New battery, new exhaust and shocks when put away. Tires have approx. 22,000 miles on them and there is four extra tires and rims. Many body parts are rust free such as the hood, roof, both quarters and drivers fender. Both doors and pillars and passenger fender are rusted. Interior is in excellent condition. All glass is chip and crack free. Gas tank neck is rusted; leaks from neck when filling, tank will have to be replaced. Oxygen sensor may be bad; service engine light on since new exhaust was put on. Many parts have been replaced over the years. This would be a good truck to restore, as it was very dependable. Wisconsin weather starting to take its toll on this 20 year old pickup.
