1981 DeLorean DMC-12VIN 01623, Stage II, June 1981 build, Automatic, Black Interior, Gas Flap Hood, 30,168 miles I purchased this car in 2008 from Sarasota, FL and took it to DMC FL, where I spent over $25K restoring and converting to Stage II. I have the invoice available for anyone interested. I have driven the car regularly for about 10 years with no major problems. Very reliable, never has broken down or stalled, and never fails to start. Rear fascia paint has bubbled in two spots, near the engine cover.Minor transmission fluid leak, just a few drops after sitting for a week.These are the only issues I am aware of. The car runs, shifts, brakes, looks, and sounds great, but being 35 years old, it will be sold as is, without a warranty. Car is located in Sharpsburg, GA, just south of Atlanta.
