This Fiat was parked in a backyard when it started running rough in 2005. I bought the car to get it running again, and possibly restore. The problem was a metal fuel line that had ruptured. Once fixed, the carburetor rebuilt, a replacement distributor, new plugs, condensers, points, and distributor cap, cleaning out the fuel lines and gas tank, the car started and ran well. Compression test shows 118psi in each cylinder. I have replaced all fluids, rebuilt the calipers, replaced the rotors and brake pads, new tires.The mileage is actual per the original owner. I have found no rust through in the floors, frame or wheel wells.The car needs a couple of dents repaired, along with the minor door dings, and a repaint. It also needs a convertible top, the interior is serviceable, but should be replaced, carpet will also need to be replaced. Timing belt should be replaced, along with the tensioner.The vehicle comes with a removal hard top.You can drive this as is and restore as you enjoy it. It is a really fun car to drive as is.
