NO RESERVE! This 2010 VW CC Luxury is being sold "as is". It has some minor issues and needs a little bit of work. It was manufactured in Germany and has all the bells and whistles (12-Way Heated Leather Bucket Drivers Seat, 8-Way Heated Leather Bucket Passengers Seat, Rear Folding Seats with Center Storage Armrest and Trunk Access, Heated Power Mirrors, Touch Screen Audio System with CD Player, Sirius Satellite Radio, Auxiliary Audio Port, Memory Card Slot, Remote Trunk Release, Front and Rear Parking Sensors, Bluetooth Phone Connection, Remote Keyless Power Door Locks, One-Touch Power Windows, Variable Intermittent Rain Sensing Wipers, Remote Anti-Theft Alarm System, Tire Pressure Monitoring System, Universal Garage Door Opener, Dual Climate Control). This vehicle was well maintained. It received regular maintenance, all recalls were performed and had a carbon cleaning. Owner's manual provided. The car was purchased used and had one previous owner. A recall notice was received in June that has not yet been performed, will provide all information needed to get it done. Some of the main issues include a dent in the driver's side door, a small rear dent next to the trunk release, a dent and scratch above the front left tire, and a scratch and damage to the trim in the rear bumper (see photos). The rear taillight warning light comes on intermittently even though the rear bulb is not out. The trunk warning light stays on, even though the trunk is closed. The oil pressure sensor and the hood strut need to be replaced. It is recommended that the car be picked up with a tow truck or flatbed because of the oil pressure sensor warning.A $500.00 deposit is due within twenty four (24) hours of the close of the auction via PayPal. The balance due is required with in seven (7) days from the close of the auction and must be remitted via PayPal, cash or cashier's check.
