Vehicle Description 2007 Mercedes SL550 120k miles. Dark blue in color. True No reserve auction, high bidder wins. Low feedback bidders will be removed. Please be ready to pay the $500. I've driven this car for the past 100 miles or so for the purpose of checking it out so that I can properly describe it. Here Is my honest and accurate description. The Mercedes... runs good, it shifts through all of the gears flawlessly and the engine has no abnormal internal sounds, does not smoke and has excellent power. The electric top, windows, radio, heat, and a./c. All work fine. The drivers window switch is loose, however it does function. The paint on the car looks very nice with some small imperfections such as stone chips and small marks caused by tree sap. The front bumper cover has damage from bumping into parking place stoppers, the paint is chipped and the bumper cover is not aligned properly (shown in close up pictures). The interior shows some worn, aging, and slightly discolored areas. There is some curb rash on the wheels. Overall the car looks nice and drives great. The car drives straight doesn't pull left or right. There is a slow leak in one of the tires. The car is due for an oil change. The rear trunk batterie was just replaced with a new one. I did not check all of the lights but I did notice that the left headlight wasn't working. The c.d. Cartridge is missing from the c.d. Changer. The only warning lights lit are for oil change due and low tire pressure. The top goes up and down fast and shows no signs of problems. The brakes stop the car well and there are no noises heard from them. This car sold new for right at $100k. I've sold several of these over the years and I am very familiar with them, if you have any technical questions I likely can answer them. I've gone over this car fairly well in the few hours that I've spent with it. My description is accurate. This car and many others belonged to a great friend of mine who passed away, he was an investor with my company and loved cars. His family has asked me to sell the majority of his collection, this car is in my company name and ready to be sold to a new owner. The car has a rebuilt salvage title, it was in an accident many years ago before my friend bought it. The car can be registered and titled in any state like any other car with the exception of New York. The State of N.Y. Will require a new salvage inspection in their own state before it can be registered up there. I have this car in my possetion and it can be viewed anytime with 24 hours notice only.
