This 1968 AMX is very solid. Body is straight with very minimal rust. Interior is in good condition with original door panels, center console and dash that shines! The floors are solid for the most part with really only some surface rust. No rust through. It has the factory tachometer that works. All of the glass is good. There are no cracks in any of the glass. It needs a headliner and carpet kit. It comes with the original seats that need reupholstered. The trunk is pretty solid as well. No gaping holes or rust through spots. In the trunk is the exterior trim that goes around the back window and the missing piece of trim on the grille/hood area. All trim is there. Also in the trunk is a lower rear quarter replacement panel for the passenger side rear lower quarter. A previous owner cut a small piece out of the lower rear passenger quarter. Chrome bumpers are straight and the chrome has held up extremely well! Shines up beautifully! The steering column has since been painted black and looks very nice! It starts right up and idles strong. It is a little loud as it is running with straight pipes. Transmission shifts through all of the gears including reverse. Brakes need bled but it will stop.
