FOR SALE 1966 CZ 250 Model 475 Trials Sport. Very nice and clean original condition. Please view all pictures and use the ZOOM feature. Has been stored in a garage for many many years. Frame # 4750402265Engine # 4750401362 Carb was cleaned, points cleaned and timing set. Fired right up with 6v jumper battery connected. Has excellent spark at plug only with battery hooked up. Battery ignition??? Motor sounds nice and tight. No unusual knocks, ticks or rattles. Starts and runs decently. Seems a little rich. Bike will need overall major tune, service, battery, cables, tires/tubes ETC if you plan on riding it reliably. Carb could use new gaskets. Petcock flows slowly. I used a test run gas bottle when we ran it a few times. Clutch plates are stuck together. Did not run bike long enough for them to break free. May need clutch disassembled and plates sanded. Normal old antique bike stuff. Kickstart lever/mechanism and shared shifter features all seem to work properly. Overall chrome finishes are in nice shape. Minor corrosion sprinkles here and there. Much nicer than most 50 year old motorcycles. Rear rim has a few scratches. Headlight ring and a scrape and ding. Headlight shell has paint peel. The mounting stud on the horn is broken off. Bolt still in frame. Horn is included. Gas tank paint is pretty nice. Some minor oxidation. Inside is mostly clean. Only a couple little dings. Original seat, cover and side flaps are intact. Top of cover has some weathering as pictured. Right side leather flap is rotted through covering battery. See pictures. May even still have the original battery in it.... Front tire is a Barum trials. Tube does not hold air.Rear tire is a retread knobby. Tube currently holding air. This is a cool, old and rare CZ. Please note all the neat little original goodies like the Aprillia horn button, grips, levers, original keys, fork lock key, original tool kit, Exhaust tip, center stand with side stand, title, Jawa bill of sale ETC. Like many old bikes, this bike has been titled as the year it was sold new. It is titled as a 1970 model. Includes original Bill of Sale from American Jawa LTD from 1/16/1970.
