1972 Dodge C800 - Former Nebraska small town firetruck, has all the firefighting apparatus still intact. 413 V8 (gas), 5 speed (2-speed rear axle), power steering! 6,600 original miles. Truck runs extremely well, cab and the rest of the truck are in as good as shape as any vehicle would look with only 6,000 miles. My plan was to pull all firefighting stuff off… but it all still works. It still has all the hoses with brass couplers and everything is in such great shape I thought I’d see if anyone could still use this old truck like it was meant to be used. If purchased I can provide you information on an available (at least it is at the time of this writing) flatbed from a C800 if you want to go that route, it should bolt right on. That was my original plan but it’s just killing me to just scrap that entire back end of the truck when it’s all still in great shape! No reserve auction so the winning bidder is in for one helluva’ nice truck! It will drive home with you but if you’re going to travel any real distance, and want to go faster than about 55mph, you may want to consider a shipping service – for LARGE vehicles!
