Bought new as a leftover in July of 2017. MSRP of $37,060. Asking less than half of MSRP for a virtually new car with one thousand six hundred miles on it. Long story, but I just have too many cars and will reluctantly sell a few of them, including this Soul. Although this is a small wagon it drives and feels solid and substantial like a "real" car, not an econobox. Construction and materials are quite impressive. Plenty of acceleration - zero to sixty in 9.7 seconds with instantaneous power at any speed - no downshifting since the power is direct drive electric. Because the 400 pound battery is mounted in the floor pan, the center of gravity is very low; the car handles most reassuringly - it is not the least bit tippy. Condition is better than new - no dings or defects inside or out. I added rub strips and accent striping to the doors to give the car a little more interest, factory mud flaps on all four corners, thick rubber license plate frames/bumpers front and rear, clear plastic mats over the carpeted mats. I took off the white plastic wheel covers, which I don't much care for, but they are included with the car, with all mounting screws. Never an accident or even a recall. Never been serviced or repaired. Never seen snow or salt. These vehicles are essentially service-free. Just rotate the wheels every 7,500 miles and change the cabin air filter periodically. This Soul has a ten year 100,000 mile powertrain and battery warranty and a five year 60,000 mile warranty on everything else, both of which started to run in July of 2017. Realistic range of 80 miles in the cold weather (when batteries produce less energy) and 90+ miles in the hot weather. Perfect second car. Can be recharged slowly on house current with included charger cable or in a few hours with a high speed charger available at many malls, garages, office parks, etc. If you need rapid recharge you can install a high speed charger in your home. Because this is the top-of-the-line Soul EV, it's packed with features - leather interior, heated front and rear seats, ventilated/cooled front seats, navigation, satellite radio, keyless entry and keyless start, Bluetooth phone connection for calls and music, power folding mirrors with turn signal indicators, distance sensing beeper for both front and rear bumpers, rear view camera, power everything, rear window wiper/washer, upgraded heat pump heater and AC (both very powerful and they kick in almost instantly), tire pressure monitor system, tilt and telescoping steering wheel, fog lamps, four wheel discs, electronic parking brake, hill-holder, airbags everywhere, etc.If you can't close within 14 days your deposit will then be forfeited and I will relist the car.
