***SPECIAL LOW PRICE LAST 24 HOURS OF LISTING ONLY*** Over 40+ detailed pictures on my "hobby" website: "TaylorMadeClassicCars" Part of my personal Lotus collection. 1973 Lotus Europa genuine "John Player" Special #059 individually badged. The real thing, NOT a clone. Matching numbers BigValve twin cam engine and 5 speed transmission, purchased from 2nd owner out of Texas, only 30K miles, beautifully detailed, original paint and striping, original nearly perfect interior and head liner, no rips/tears, very slight cracking of dash veneer just starting and barely noticable, door seals have shrunk and need replacing. Newer Kuhmo tires on nice original Lotus brand alloy wheels. Engine bay and chassis underneath is original condition and NOT detailed. Car runs and lot drives, but brakes (MC, wheel cylinders, boosters) need overhaul. I have repair kits included for MC and wheel cylinders. All gauges, instrumentation and electrics work well. All new coolant hoses and flushed with new coolant. With very little work to overhaul the brakes and detail the engine bay (could use steam cleaning and cam cover gasket replaced - oil leaks), this car would make an excellent original survivor in excellent original condition. No accident history, structurally sound, no frame rust concerns. Stromberg carbs rebuilt. Has all original emissions equipment, crossover tubes, plenum in place. Clean aluminum replacement gas tanks have been installed by previous owner. Clear open certificate of title in my name, factory shop manual included. I have the original front air dam spoiler (not mounted) to go with car. Over 40+ detailed pictures on my "hobby" website: "TaylorMadeClassicCars"Please remember that this is an "antique" vehicle 45 years old. It needs some restoration work and is consistent with a vehicle with this mileage, age and use. Car is available for pre-bid inspections and I would always encourage and welcome this. I am proud of my 100% excellent feedback score and always try to give accurate descriptions so that there are no surprises or disappointments. I am open and receptive to realistic offers considering all that is included. Those with less than ten (10) or negative feedback history do NOT bid unless you contact me and communicate first, otherwise your bids will be retracted and bidder banned from further bidding. The winning bid is NOT a right of first refusal, but a commitment to purchase the vehicle regardless of anything, so a non-refundable deposit via PayPal is required within 24 hours of auction ending and arrangements to be made for pickup of item. Vehicle is listed "for sale" by other venues and media, so I reserve the right to terminate the listing at any time. “TaylorMadeClassicCars” My personal “hobby” for over 30 years.
