Selling my beautiful 1997 Yukon. I don't want to sell but I have to downsize to 1 car and I need a fullsize pickup for work. I've been the owner since October 2006 and I've only put a little over 19k miles on it over the past 11.5 years or so. Vehicle was used for pleasure only, road trips and camping. Non-smoker, adult owned and always garaged. Mostly highway miles. Ice cold A/C. Passes smog no problem. Yukon body has a small ding in the front hood area showed by my picture. As you can see by the pictures the paint shines beautifully but it is the original 21 year old paint and has some flaws. Interior front seat upholstery is new, rears are in excellent shape with no stains or tears. Carpet has a few minor stains. Headliner has 2 small 1/4" holes and is sagging in a couple spots in the far back cargo area as shown in the pictures. All other interior pieces including doors, trim pieces, steering and dash area are in excellent condition and have very little wear. No mechanical issues whatsoever that I know of. Drives like new. No rust, leaks or weird smells inside or out. I have a clean autocheck report and documentation on everything listed below minus the radiator and front seats. Tires have more then 75% life left. Floor is sound deadened so its quieter inside then most other comparable yukons. Repairs and/or modifications over past 2 years: new front seat upholstery, new radiator, new a/c compressor, all a/c seals changed and system recharged, poly suspension bushings, new pro-comp leveling kit installed, new front and rear shocks, newer gm 9.5" corporate 14 bolt 3/4 ton axle installed W/ 55k miles on axle, all new rear brake parts including springs and wheel cylinders, brake system flushed, new starter installed, new AGM battery, Floor sound deadened with raammat and ensolite. For a truck that is over 20 years old this vehicle is impressively nice. This vehicle is listed for sale locally as well and I reserve the right to end this listing at any time.
