For sale I have 1980 Mercedes 300SD (W116 chassis, S class). I bought this car from my friend in NY state and drove it to Chicago. runs and drives amazingly, suspension is very tight (Recent job, new control arms, sway bar link, oil and filter changed, diesel filter ad air filter, new rag dampner on injection pump that needs to be sdjusted)) and engine pulls like a locomotive ( Turbodiesel OM617 with 93xxx miles on engine and ZERO blowby). Fuel mileage is excellent. Extremly solid body. Could use some cleaning/polishing/detailing, some panels have signs of respray. Needs some TLC and work on vacuum system (A/C also) witch does not effect shifting operation, only door locks and shutting of. Rear right window is not working.
