I am the third owner of this vehicle. The second owner purchased the vehicle at the Silver Auto Auction, during Hot August Nights in Reno. in 1996 or 1997. It was garaged the entire 20+ years before I purchased the car in 2017 from the family of a dear friend. The mileage at the time it was purchased by my friend, was 58,874 mi. The current motor is from a 1960 vintage Chevrolet. It is a 235, Full Pressure with Fenton Headers and a two carb. Offenhauser manifold. Electrical is 12 Volt with a brand new battery. The front end has been updated. The lake pipes (side pipes) are purely ornamental. The car has dual exhaust pipes out the back with glass-pack mufflers. The wheels are 17" American Racing "Smoothies", including the spare. A second transmission is included in the sale as are the original fender skirts.
