I have owned this 350Z for the last 5 years or so. I loved driving it and intended to drive it for a couple more years. Last month it began acting up, so I took it to the mechanic and was told that the torque converter needs to be replaced. When at a dead stop, you have to get the rpms up for the car to begin moving forward. Once it is going it shifts fine. The check engine light is on due to this issue. The code shows to have an issue with 5th gear, but I was told that the torque converter is the problem. Since the computer thinks 5th gear is a problem, it is not allowing the transmission to shift into 5th gear. You can shift it in manual mode and the car drives fine aside from what I mentioned. The A/C blows cold, power options work great and it even has new tires. There are some scuffs on the wheels, a few imperfections in the pain such as the front bumper lip, the headlights are a little cloudy from age and the interior shows some wear from age. Overall the car is in good condition for a 10 year old car. I am listing it with NO RESERVE. Bidders with ZERO feedback need to contact me prior to bidding or your bid will be canceled.
