Leakage Problem: After a rainfall, water drips inside the cab by way of the overhead sunglass/garage door opener compartment. Water also collects on either side of the front cab and causes a damp condition by the driver's and passenger's side well. I surmise that this is caused by brittle and worn weather stripping and rubber gaskets. This causes an odor within the cab. 2. Rear right signal lamp became detached when I accidentally broke an anchoring screw while attempting to change a bulb and is currently held in place by duct tape. This in no way affects its operation and has passed inspection. You may wish to replace at your discretion. 3. Toyota Customer Support Program Notification-ZH2: Propeller Shaft Universal Joints-may cause drivetrain vibration or noise. There is an extended Warranty for this condition-See a Toyota Dealer- I have the paperwork to give the buyer. 4. Toyota Warranty Enhancement Notification-ZH6 and Limited Service Campaign-H0F: This involves rust perforation on the frame. See a Toyota Dealer. (A rust inhibitor was applied by a dealer several years ago to address this problem but an inspection is warranted.) I retain the warranty and will pass it along. Miscellaneous Issue: New York State Certificate of Title I retain proof of ownership but despite the fact that the lien/loan has been satisfied, the title certificate still indicates the old lien. According to the New York State DMV: "It is not necessary to get a new title without the lien on it to sell or transfer your vehicle. When you sell or transfer your vehicle, give the original MV-901 or lien holder's letter (not a photocopy) and your title to the new owner to prove the loan has been paid." (MV-949) I have such original proof that this loan has been satisfied and will supply it to the buyer.
