Vehicle Detail

Long time Family owned by Diesel Mechanic. Recently pulled from storage Well maintained by same owner for over 30 years. This original example (aside from radio) is now resurrected and could be yours to restore or simply perform maintenance and drive as is. Very solid car. Runs, drives, starts, stops, turns and handles. Aside from a little vibration at initial idle, this is one of the smoothest running diesels I've had. Starts easily every time so you can simply drive as is, or attend to cosmetics to have a restored example of this timeless classic. Unfortunately repaint of original color he put on it has faded to brown, so could use repaint and repair of dings and scratches. Bottom hood hinge bolt needs replacement. Could use a little attention to hydraulics, and possible alignment as pulls slightly to right. Lights and signals work. Odometer and trip meter even work. Wipers do not seem to- unknown cause. Interior dry with some cracking on seats, rubber along sills and interior rockers also cracked but the metal underneath appears quite solid. Dash wood could use refinishing. You will be hard pressed to find a better or more economical classic to drive while you restore. Enjoy this Heckflosse. Happy bidding. Fine print: Your bid is a binding contract, please treat it as such. Reserve will be revealed when you bid up to it. So bid to own it. No warranty is expressed or implied. Car is sold as-is, where-is. You, or your assigns, are welcome to inspect the car by prior appointment before end of auction. Anyone with less than 5 feedback is expected to email for approval prior to bidding or your bid may be removed. $300 USD non-refundable deposit due at close of auction, with balance due by way of cash in person, cashiers check, or bank wire transfer within one week of auction close or before the car leaves the premises, whichever comes first. Clear Title, bill of sale, and keys can be sent with you or shippers if needed. 24 hour notice required before shippers arrive. Near I-5, a major freeway and port of Portland, Oregon for shipping. Once car leaves the premises, you own it. Enjoy
