LOW RESERVE AUTION!!! I am selling my project car do to changing family situation. My wife is pregnant and I need to make room and time for changing priorities. I bought this car from a tow yard and have been working on it slowly to restore it to road worthy condition. I have done a lot, but there is a lot left to go. I have replaced the original motor with a new Nissan Maxima motor. This is an early 1990s W series motor which is quieter and has a five horsepower bump over the original. The original seized motor is included with the sale. This is a non turbo five speed manual car from Georgia. When we moved to Ohio I brought the car with me. The good:The car does run, just poorly (more below). I have put a new timing chain, water pump, alternator, battery, clutch, top end gaskets, brake lines, brake pads, brake calipers, brake master cylinder, fuel pump, and spark plugs and wires. The radiator has been tested by a radiator shop and a minor leak was repaired. The GLL dash does work and the T tops are on the car. The car was parked in the driveway at my old house and I don't believe they leaked but I can't swear to it. There is very little body rust (two pictures included that show the small rust spots). The bad:The car does run, but it smokes a lot. I talked with a mechanic and they thought it might be the piston rings. The car needs new tires; they are dry rotted. The power steering pump is leaking. I believe this model is supposed to talk but I have not heard it speak so I believe that was disconnected. The radio is not original. The windshield is cracked as well as the passenger side mirror. The body and interior does have wear and tear, but the car is 32 years old. If you have any questions please ask.
