This is a very clean, straight, non-modified 2001 Jeep Cherokee Sport 4x4 with 53,000 original miles. Legendary 4.0L inline 6 cylinder engine. Standard Cherokee Sport equipment and features, including factory keyless entry (2 remotes and keys included). There are two issues known to me:1. I've been chasing an occasional belt squeak. Seems to happen more when the AC is turned on. 2. The front passenger power window switch does not work. The driver-side master panel can operate the window so motor is good, but I do not have time to find and replace the passenger switch. Background: We searched high and low for a low mileage, non-salt/snow Cherokee to replace my wife's Wrangler as her daily driver. We found this one in Florida a little over a year ago. It was owned by a country commissioner's office and not being driven often (hence the low mileage), so we went through it immediately -- new belts, hoses, tires, rotors, calipers, drums, A/C compressor, complete fluid change, all the way down to new headlights -- to turn it into a super reliable daily driver. We then shipped it to the Bay Area, registered, smogged... and then it continued to sit because my wife insists on continuing to drive our two kids around in her Wrangler. Taking a loss but c'est la vie. Local pickup only after cash or cleared cashier's check.
